This is my web page where I am experimenting with different text effects.
Sometimes you want to underline a word, and sometimes it is better to italicize it.
Personally, I like to both underline and italicize key words.
Making text bold is also cool too.
Besides using the bold command, one can adjust
the font size as well.
I am going to make this sentence really big!
Changing the color of

C. My name is Susan Martinand I am a student at the University of South Carolina. I am originally from Winnsboro, South Carolina and attended high school at Richard Winn Academy. I am 19 years old and am a nursing major. This is the thirdtime I have changed my major, but I think I am finally where I need to be. I am a sophomore here at the university and I love it! I am living off-campus now in an apartment on Garners Ferry Rd. I live with my best friend, Rachelle, which is really great. We have neverfought once!! We are getting ready to move so that we can be closer to campus and because this apartment complex has had way too many car break ins lately. Rachelle's car was robbed just last weekend! I have one older brother, Allan, who is 23. He just graduated from USC last year and is now working at Lowes. I am also in the process of volunteering at Palmetto Baptist Hospital downtown. The program is called Personal Touch Volunteersand it is a great opportunity for me to see what working in a hospital is really like. My last major was biology premed, but I decided that I am just not the doctor-type. I am more of a nurse which actually works out better for me because I want to have a family before I am 40! I just recently joined The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and it has really been hard on my family. I hope they will soon become okay with my decision because it ismylife and I think I am old enough to choose how I want to lead my life. My name is Susan Martin and I am a student at the University of South Carolina. I am going to North Augusta this weekend to see my best friend, Matt. He had to transfer down to USC-Aiken so I don't get to see him that often. I really miss the time we spent together-I guess I really took it for granted when I could run downstairs and see him in Bates House my freshman year and even when I could go see him at the Roost this past semester. Overall, I love the college experience and I feel very privileged to have been able to come to college at all because there are so many people who don't have the opportunity. When you think about it that way, it puts everything in a new perspective!!
